At Lilac Market Headbands, we want you to love your accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your headbands.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
